It may also breach your duties under safety legislation (this may lead to prosecution) and your contract (this may be classed as gross misconduct and lead to disciplinary action or dismissal). Inaccurate information may also invalidate your insurance and the employer’s liability protections.  OH assessments are medically confidential and focus on advice rather than detailed medical history. You can review the OH report before it’s shared with your employer and withhold consent (unless safety is at risk).
